3. Product Condition — Watches Serviced & Checked

All watches and timepieces sold by us are fully serviced, authenticated, inspected, and tested prior to sale (unless otherwise stated).

By purchasing, you acknowledge and accept the following:

• Watches are pre-owned unless explicitly stated as new.

• Natural signs of wear may be present on pre-owned items.

• You are accepting the watch in the condition described and shown at the time of sale.

• You understand and accept that servicing does not guarantee future performance or prevent wear over time.

4. 14-Day Exchange for Damaged or Unusable Products

We offer a 14-day exchange only if the product is received damaged or in an unusable state upon delivery.

To qualify for an exchange:

• The issue must be reported within 14 days of purchase or delivery.

• The item must be returned in its original packaging.

• Proof of purchase must be provided.

• The item will be inspected, and exchanges are granted only upon approval.

• Damage caused by misuse, wear and tear, or unauthorized handling is not eligible.

If approved, the exchange will be for the same item or an equivalent item of equal value.

5. Warranty for Purchases Over £5,000

Purchases exceeding £5,000 include a 1-year warranty covering manufacturing defects unless stated otherwise at the time of sale.

Warranty coverage includes:

• Internal mechanical faults

• Manufacturer defects in materials or craftsmanship

Warranty does not cover:

• Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or improper handling

• Water damage (unless specified as water-resistant)

• Loss or theft

• Unauthorized repairs or modifications

• Wear and tear such as scratches, strap deterioration, battery depletion, etc.

We reserve the right to repair, replace, or provide an equivalent item at our discretion.

6. Customer Responsibilities
